What are your delivery options?
- Express Australian shipping for orders over $250, COMPLIMENTARY (MailPlus)
- Express Australian shipping for orders less than $250, $15.00 (MailPlus)
- Standard Australian shipping for orders under $250, $10.00 (MailPlus)
- Express International shipping (DHL) NZ, Singapore, UK, US only (if you are outside of these countries please contact us directly). We cannot accept international returns due to shipping turnaround times.
Australian express delivery can take anywhere between 1-3 business days.
Australian standard delivery can take anywhere up to 12 days.
International delivery timeframe:
Zone 1: New Zealand (3-5 business days)
Zone 2: Singapore (6-9 business days)
Zone 4: USA (7-9 business days)
Zone 5: UK (3-6 business days)
Please note: We cannot accept international returns due to shipping turnaround times.
Denim Iniquity ships to selected countries via our international freight partner DHL express.
Our international shipping charges are:
$35 (New Zealand express shipping) on all orders
$50 (UK, US and Singapore express shipping) on all orders
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping delays will occur during sale periods.
Duties & Taxes
Additional customs fees may apply. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and includes;
1. Sales tax applied by your country, state or city for purchases from Australia and;
2. Duties charged for processing by your country.
Orders are shipped on a delivery duty unpaid (DDU) basis, which means you will be required to pay any additional fees when your order arrives in your country.
Taxes and duties are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination, and the value of your purchase. These fees are not added to your order total in the checkout and are non-refundable in the instance you wish to return your item

What is your order cut-off time?
Please allow up to 24 hours for us to process your order after it is placed. Generally, if you place an order before 11am, it will be sent that afternoon. During sale periods, processing time is closer to 24 hours.

Do you deliver to PO boxes?
Yes, orders placed with a PO Box address are sent via Australia Post so it’s no problem.
How can I track my order?
If you’re a customer with a login, you can track your order in the ‘My Account’ section of the Denim Iniquity website. Alternatively, you can track your order directly at the MailPlus website, Australia Post website or DHL website (depending which carrier your order was sent with) using the tracking number that was sent in your shipping confirmation email.
If you can’t find your tracking number, please call or email us.
Where is my order? It should have arrived by now.
Please use the links above to track your order.
If you’re not home when a driver attempts delivery, they will take it to your closest post office. If they’ve done so, there will be a note in your mailbox letting you know which post office location they’ve taken it to.
Bear in mind that extreme weather conditions such as flooding and bushfires can often affect the postal service and in turn, receiving your parcel in our quoted time frame.
I’m probably not going to be home when my parcel is delivered. What should I do?
As Denim Iniquity do not take responsibility of lost or damaged items during transit, none of our packages are dispatched with authority to leave unattended. We do not recommend checking out and leaving a comment to give your authority to leave it somewhere safe without signing for it. We recommend to have it delivered to your work instead.
I’ve opted to pick up my order from Denim Iniquity. When can I come in to collect it and where is the store located?
You’ll receive a "ready for pickup" confirmation when your item is ready to be picked up from the store. If you need it urgently, just call ahead and we’ll do our best to pack it up for you as fast as we can.
